(BAC), invites interested supplier to submit quotation for the project “Purchase of two
(2) units of System Unit for Office Use” with an Approved Budget for the Contract of
Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 36,000.00) and “Purchase of Cleaning Supplies for
Janitorial Use not available in PS-DBM and Appliances for Office use” with an
Approved Budget for the Contract of Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php
68,500.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules
and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

Please submit your duly signed quotation addressed to the Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC) Chairperson and to the given address below, on or before October 13,
2026, at 5:00PM, subject to the General Conditions below.
